Returns and Exchanges
You have a full 30 days from receiving your item to exchange or make a return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused merchandise within 30 days. Upon receipt of your return, a prompt refund will be issued to your original method of payment. All returned items must be in the condition you received them, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Item package, or box, may be opened, but items used with cremation remains cannot be accepted as a return.
Your refund will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s); this may take up to eight business days upon item arrival to our facility. This time may vary; if you're receiving a refund via credit card, please allow at least two full billing cycles for the refund to appear on the statement.
Steps for Returns:
Email us and include your name and purchase date within the email with description of your concern.

- Fill out return address on your package with your name and date of purchase within the package. **
- Upon arrival warehouse will process return and refund money within policy time frame sated above. ***

Mailing Address for Returns:
*Upon first email with “return”, in subject line, will mark the spot within 30 day return. As long as we are emailed within 30 days of receiving product your return will be accepted upon arrival.
**Shipping payment for returns will not be funded by MiniMemorials. Unless it is a fault of MiniMemorials.
***Money will be refunded only if qualifications are met. We have been emailed within 30 days of you receiving the item with name and purchase date and the package has arrived with name and purchase date within package.
**** Unused items is free of cremated ashes. If cremated ashes have been placed into jewelry returns will not be accepted.
